A Product  or Community Sponsor provides goods or services instead of cash to support Ethan & Aidan’s mission. Examples include:

  • Cycling gear (helmets, kits, shoes)
  • Nutrition products (energy bars, hydration)
  • Equipment (bike parts, tools)
  • Services (bike fitting, photography, videography, volunteer help for our World Record Attempts)

Benefits for Product or Community Sponsors:

  • Brand mentions on website, social media and event posts
  • Logo  (OR option to dedicate sponsorship as “Who We Ride For” – a loved one, a cause, or your brand ) placement on website and on jersey

Yes. We understand that every sponsor has unique goals and budgets. We are happy to work with you to create a custom sponsorship package that aligns with your needs, preferences, and desired level of involvement. Contact us to discuss personalized sponsorship opportunities.

Both individuals and businesses are welcome to participate as sponsors.

 

Sponsorship payments made to Ethan and Aidan through our LLC are generally not considered charitable donations and may not be tax-deductible as charitable contributions. However, businesses may be able to treat sponsorship payments as a marketing, advertising, or business expense depending on their specific circumstances. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional regarding your individual tax situation.

Some of our events are co-hosted with charitable organizations. For those events, we will always provide a direct link to the charity we are supporting so that sponsors and donors who wish to make a charitable contribution can donate directly to that organization. Tax deductibility of those donations is determined by the charitable organization’s status and applicable tax laws.

Yes. We welcome in-kind donations, volunteer support, professional services, and partnership opportunities.
Sponsors become part of a meaningful effort that helps create opportunities, build community support, and contribute to long-term success.

Sponsors will be notified promptly, and alternative recognition opportunities or revised arrangements will be discussed.

Yes. Sponsors are welcome to attend the events they support. Depending on the event and sponsorship level, sponsors may receive special recognition, access to event activities, networking opportunities, and the chance to meet our team. Event-specific details and any attendance benefits will be communicated in advance.

Sponsorships are valid for one year. Annual sponsorships provide your business or organization with ongoing recognition and visibility throughout the sponsorship period. Sponsors will have the opportunity to renew their sponsorship at the end of each yearly term to continue their support and benefits.
Absolutely. Existing sponsors are encouraged to renew and continue supporting future initiatives.
