Ethan & Aidan Sponsorship Agreement & Terms

Effective Date: Date of Sponsorship Purchase

Thank you for supporting Ethan & Aidan. Your sponsorship directly helps fund youth athletic development, training, equipment, travel, competition expenses, and community engagement initiatives.

By purchasing a sponsorship package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sponsorship Package

The Sponsor has selected the sponsorship package and sponsorship level displayed at the time of purchase. The package includes the benefits, promotional opportunities, and recognition outlined in the product description on the Ethan & Aidan website.

2. Payment

All sponsorship fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon successful payment, the Sponsor will receive a confirmation email and receipt for their records.

Sponsorship fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at the sole discretion of Ethan & Aidan and McLassiter Consulting LLC.

3. Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsors will receive the benefits associated with their selected sponsorship package as described on the website at the time of purchase.

While every reasonable effort will be made to provide all advertised benefits, certain benefits may be modified due to scheduling changes, event cancellations, weather conditions, travel restrictions, competition requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Sponsorship Approval

All sponsors are subject to review and approval.

Ethan & Aidan reserve the right to refuse, reject, or terminate any sponsorship that does not align with the values of youth athletics, community engagement, sportsmanship, and family-friendly programming.

The following categories are not eligible for sponsorship:

• Alcohol, beer, wine, liquor, or spirits
• Tobacco, nicotine, vaping, or smoking products
• Cannabis, marijuana, CBD, or related products
• Gambling, sports betting, or wagering services
• Adult-oriented products, services, or entertainment
• Firearms, weapons, or ammunition manufacturers
• Illegal products or services
• Any business determined to be inconsistent with youth-focused values

5. Use of Names, Logos, and Branding

Sponsors may only use Ethan & Aidan’s names, logos, images, trademarks, or branding materials as expressly authorized in writing.

Any unauthorized use, modification, reproduction, or distribution of branding materials is prohibited.

Ethan & Aidan retain all rights, title, and interest in their intellectual property.

6. Promotional Content

The Sponsor grants Ethan & Aidan permission to display the Sponsor’s business name, logo, website, and publicly available marketing materials in connection with sponsorship recognition, promotional content, social media posts, websites, event displays, and related materials.

The Sponsor represents that it owns or has the necessary rights to provide such materials.

7. Exclusivity

Sponsorships are non-exclusive unless expressly stated in the sponsorship package description or agreed to in writing.

Ethan & Aidan reserve the right to accept additional sponsors, including sponsors from similar industries or market categories.

8. Term

The sponsorship term begins upon purchase and remains in effect for the duration specified in the sponsorship package, event, season, campaign, or promotional period.

Any continued sponsorship beyond the stated term requires renewal or a separate agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice.

Ethan & Aidan may immediately terminate a sponsorship if the Sponsor:

• Violates these terms;
• Engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of Ethan & Aidan;
• No longer meets sponsorship eligibility requirements; or
• Participates in activities inconsistent with youth-focused values.

Upon termination, sponsorship benefits may cease immediately. Unused benefits are not guaranteed to be refunded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethan & Aidan and McLassiter Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the sponsorship.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Sponsor for the applicable sponsorship package.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the sponsorship package description and any written communications expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Sponsor and Ethan & Aidan regarding the sponsorship.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing a sponsorship package, the Sponsor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Ethan & Aidan is a youth athlete sponsorship and community engagement brand operated under McLassiter Consulting LLC.

All sponsorship agreements are entered into with McLassiter Consulting LLC, which administers sponsorship activities, branding, marketing, and related business operations on behalf of Ethan & Aidan.
